We head to Kentucky Lake (Jonathan Creek Conference Center) and spend 4 days with Bible teaching, worship, small group time, prayer, as well as a bunch of fun activities. If you have a student in grades 7-college freshman, we would love to have you attend!

I understand the possibility of unforeseen hazards and know the inherent possibility of risk. I agree not to hold Vine Church, its leaders, employees, and volunteer staff liable for damages, losses, diseases, or injuries incurred by the subject of this form. I also give permission for my child to ride in any vehicle designated by the adult in whose care the minor has been entrusted while attending and participating in activities sponsored by Vine Church, as well as other churches inside the network.
